In fact, you might walk for two or three miles and not spy a soul. While walking on the pristine charcoal sands, stop to see a line of 30 pelicans skimming the waves. Dip in the 75-degree water to feel refreshed by the nutrients from the volcanic sand. If surfing or boogie boarding are your passions, you have found your home.
